Song Yantao, male, was born on August, 1969, Han nationality, graduated from School of administration of Jilin University, doctor of law, member of the Communist Party of China. Became an associate professor on November 29, 2006, and became a professor on January 1, 2013. The department head of School of public administration of University of International Business and Economics, member of the Professor Committee, the Academic Committee and the Degrees Committee of School of public administration.
